Description

Earlier to mid 19th century, possibly re-modelled later 19th century; later alterations. 3-storey, 3-bay, near symmetrical tenement with shop at ground. Harled with plain cement margins to openings. Modern fascia over shop. Strip quoins.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: shop windows incorporating modern glazed door at ground in bays to centre and left; architraved common stair entrance tin bay to right. Regular fenestration above.

S (SIDE) ELEVATION: attic window set to right of gable; multi-flue gablehead stack above.

Modern shop windows at ground; 2-pane timber sash and case windows elsewhere. Grey slate roof; stone ridge; stone skews; harled corniced stacks with stone angles to N and S; ridged cylindrical cans; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: modern shop at ground; unseen above, 1998.
