Description

Later to late 19th century. 3-storey, 3-bay tenement with original shopfronts at ground, in irregular terrace. Stone-cleaned ashlar with eaves course and stop-chamfered arrises.

N (HIGH STREET) ELEVATION: modern door to right of centre with plate glass fanlight and large shop windows in flanking bays, panelled timber tenement door with plate glass fanlight to outer left, all original openings with basket-arched heads, ground floor cornice; regular fenestration at 1st and 2nd floors.

4-pane glazing pattern at 1st floor and plate glass glazing at 2nd floor, all in timber sash and case windows, plate glass glazing in shop windows. Grey slates. Ashlar coped skews with moulded skewputts and coped ashlar stacks with some cans.
