Description
Mid 19th century. 2-storey 3-bay rectangular-plan asymmetrical house abutting Number 62-62 Victoria Street (listed separately) at right angles to rear. Random rubble. Caithness slab lintels to ground floor windows.
S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: 2-leaf boarded door with letterbox fanlight at ground in bay to left of centre; window at 1st floor above. Window at 1st floor in bay to outer left. Window at ground in bay to right of centre. Window at each floor in bay to outer right.
E (SIDE) ELEVATION: single storey, lean-to spanning bays at ground; window set to right at 1st floor; gablehead stack above.
Predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof with traditional stone slated easing course; stone ridge; rubble gablehead stack to E with brick extension; cast-iron rainwater goods.
INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
