Description
This early 20th century milestone is located to the east of Pegal Hill in Walls, Hoy. It is made of stone and features a segmental head. The milestone is inscribed with the words 'N.NESS' (indicating North Ness) above the number '5' with an arrow pointing to the left. Above the number '6', it also has the word 'HOY' with an arrow pointing to the right.
