Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay rectangular-plan near-symmetrical house (sub-divided internally) with ball-finialled gabletted dormers, built on ground rising steeply to W. Harled. Base course.

E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: stone step to modern part-glazed door at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in bay to left; dormer window above. 2 windows, close set, at ground in bay to right; window at 1st floor; dormer window above.

N (SIDE) ELEVATION: single bay gabled wall with attic window to left of gable; gablehead stack above.

2-pane timber sash and case windows; rooflight between dormers. Modern fishscale grey slate; red clay ridge; concrete skews; tall, harled corniced gablehead stacks to N and S; uPVC rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.
