Description

The pier at Largs was built between 1832 and 1834 and has an L-plan design. It is constructed from coursed tooled rubble, with some alterations made in concrete and wooden buffers added. There are wooden steps located at the southwest corner. Additionally, there is a later concrete slip that enters the harbour at an angle, which is not of historic interest.
