Description

Late 19th century. 2-storey shop and flat. Bull-faced red sandstone coursers, ashlar dressings, slate roof. Single and bipartite windows with chamfered jambs and quoined architraves, timber sash and case frames; decorative bargeboards, corniced stack.

FRONT ELEVATION: classically-detailed, stained timber, door-to-centre shopfront, modern door, plate-glass windows, multi-pane top light, pilaster strips and angles (missing from right) with decorated Ionic pilasters, dentilled and corniced fascia board with consoles at angles and segmental pediment at centre; gable at 1st floor left, bipartite window with decorative keystoned overwindow detail, single window to right with gabled dormerhead.
