Description
The former kennels at Amhuinnsuidhe, likely built around 1867, were part of the construction for the Earl of Dunmore's mansion, which was designed by David Bryce. This rectangular-plan building is a single storey with gabled ends and features a single stack at one end. The front area to the east is walled to enclose a dog pound and was once topped by an iron fence. The structure is built of rubble and has a slate roof that includes skylights.
