Description

Lowland-type building, possible tacksman's house, mid/late 18th century in appearance, but neglected. 2-storey 3-bay facing NE across Loch to Callanish. Projecting tall and narrow centre gable containing entrance in re-entrant angle, built to accommodate stair; lean-to on SE gable not original. Harled; sash windows mostly now lost; slate roof. To rear, near-centre wall-head stack, asymmetrical fenestration, 2 nearly regular bays, unwindowed left hand at first floor. Attic skylights.
