Description

Dunphail Castle features a late medieval vaulted undercroft made of rubble, which is now heavily overgrown. This structure is adjacent to a tall, two-storey, single-bay gabled wing from the 17th century. The wing is set into a slope and has harled walls with ashlar dressings around the chamfered windows on both the ground and first floors. The building is currently roofless.
