Description

Feddan is a single-storey and attic house, built in 1844, with a roughly cruciform shape and an east-facing front. The exterior is made of whitewashed rubble with tooled ashlar margins. The centre bay is advanced and gabled, featuring a hoodmoulded entrance that is slightly recessed, along with a narrow window above it. To the left, there is a bipartite window, while the right side has a tripartite window with a gabled dormer above. Some of the original lattice-pane glazing remains. The house has tall paired octagonal stacks, one pair of which is truncated, and it is topped with a slate roof and decorative bargeboards.
