Description

Circa 1858. S facing 2-storey, 3-bay house (Roo Emah) with

single storey attic, irregular 4-bay E facing house linked

at rear ('Marwin') to form L-plan. Former station and station

houses with canopied former platform area at rear (W) of

Marwin.

Tooled rubble, tooled ashlar dressings.

ROO EMAH: corniced centre door flanked by slightly projecting

gabled bays each with segmental-headed 1st floor window.

MARWIN: projecting porch with swept slated roof; original

rear gabled dormer window with segmental-headed 2-light

fenestration; modern dormer at front (E).

Varied glazing; coped ridge and end stacks; slate roof with

projecting eaves.
