Description

Queen Mary's Bridge, located at Rothiemay House, dates from the mid-18th century and is likely built on an earlier site, possibly reusing older materials. This bridge features a single span with a humpback design. It is constructed from rubble with tooled granite dressings. The bridge has a single tooled granite arch ring and a rubble parapet, although the central portion at the crown of the bridge is missing. The granite cope completes the structure. The approximate span of the bridge is 12 feet.
