Description
60-62 High Street in Forres is an early 19th-century building that was raised to three storeys in the late 19th century. It features a three-storey and attic structure with three bays, serving as both a shop and a dwelling. The ground floor has a modern shop window set within a late 19th or early 20th-century shop front, while the upper floors display symmetrical window arrangements. The first floor is rendered with a band course above it, and the second floor is made of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings, all of which are painted. The building has two modern dormers with modern two-pane glazing, coped end stacks, and a slate roof.
