Description
5 Cliff Terrace in Portknockie is a pair of single-storey and attic houses built in the later 19th century. In the late 20th century, they were converted into a single dwelling. The houses are constructed from rubble with contrasting painted long and short dressings, featuring end and ridge stacks and slate roofs.
The house on the right has three bays, with a central door. It features gabled dormers that break the wallhead in the outer bays, along with a small modern dormer with a flat roof at the centre. The windows have 4-pane glazing.
The house on the left has two bays and includes a canted wallhead dormer, also with 4-pane glazing.
