Description

4 Cliff Terrace in Portknockie is a pair of single-storey and attic houses built in the later 19th century. Each house has three bays and features a central door with gabled dormers that break the wallhead in the outer bays. They have end and ridge stacks and slate roofs.

Number 3 has a harled exterior with painted long and short dressings, a panelled door, and 2-pane glazing. Number 4 is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, with contrasting painted long and short dressings, a panelled door, and 2-pane glazing.
