Description

1 Cliff Terrace in Portknockie is a pair of single-storey and attic houses built in the later 19th century. Each house has three bays, a central door, and gabled dormers that break the ridge stacks.

House number 1 is harled with contrasting painted margins and features 2-pane glazing. House number 2 is constructed from rubble with contrasting painted joints and long and short dressings. It has a panelled door with a cushioned centre rail and 4-pane glazing.
