Description
Boharm Old Parish Church was built in 1793, with porches and a Minister's room added by William Robertson in 1828. The church is constructed from harled rubble with tooled granite dressings and later tooled sandstone margins. It has a simple rectangular shape, featuring a later gabled two-bay projection on the south elevation, which has four bays in total. There are two windows on the north elevation and a single smaller gallery window in each gable. All the windows are round-headed and have radial and multi-pane glazing.
The church has a simple gabled porch with a round-headed entrance at the east gable, featuring plain bargeboards that slightly return to indicate an open pediment. A similar design is found on the west gable of the two-bay vestry porch. At the west gable, there is a bellcote topped with a ball finial, and the roofs are covered with slate.
Inside, the church is currently empty and used as a store.
