Description
This is a semi-circular arched bridge built in 1810, spanning a single span over Purvies Hill Burn. It is constructed from random rubble, featuring a tooled arch-ring with long and short voussoirs. The north elevation has a datestone inscribed with "1810" located at the center, just below a 17th century carved scrolled mask. The south elevation displays a carved keystone. The bridge is topped with a coped parapet that includes decorative iron railings, which feature a central thistle flanked by roses.
