Description

The Eagle Hotel, located at 7 Castle Street in Dornoch, is a mid-19th century building featuring two storeys and an attic. It has three bays with a central door. The exterior is constructed of coursed rubble with tooled dressings and rubble flanks. There are hoodmoulds above the door and windows, as well as two canted dormers. The glazing consists of 12 panes, except for the lower sashes on the ground floor. The building has end stacks and a slate roof. Additionally, there is a two-storey modern addition to the west gable.
