Description
Roseville, located at 29 High Street in Cromarty, is an early to mid-19th century building featuring two storeys and an attic. It has three bays with a central door. The exterior is constructed from coursed rubble with painted margins, and it includes four-pane sash windows along with two modern dormers. To the west, there is a low two-storey, two-bay wing that is harled and also has painted margins, though it has a blocked door and upper window. The building is topped with slate roofs.
Surrounding the property is a low coped wall with alternating barley sugar twist design and cast-iron railings, which include two ball finials on the side walls. The entrance is marked by square ashlar gate piers that have pyramidal copes.
