Description
This is an earlier 19th-century, two-story, three-bay house located in Latheronwheel, near Janets Town. The exterior is rendered and designed to resemble ashlar. The south-facing elevation features two prominent bowed bays on either side of a narrow entrance, which now has a modern glazed door. A second entrance is present in the east gable, with a window above it. The rear elevation, facing north onto the street, is symmetrical with three bays, containing ground-floor and first-floor windows in the outer bays (with one first-floor window being blind) and a stair window in the centre. The front windows have 12 panes, while other windows have 4 panes each. The roof is covered in slate and features a piended profile. No chimney stacks remain.
