Description

Moin House is a simple single-storey, three-bay cottage dated 1830. The exterior is harled. The central door is obscured by a later projecting porch that has a side entrance. There is a single window in the east return gable, which features a large, but worn plaque in the centre with ashlar margins. The skewputts project from the return gables in the Sutherland tradition, and there are coped end stacks. The roof is slate.
