Description
Bayview is a single-storey and attic house built around 1900, featuring three bays. The exterior is finished in white harl. The seaward front elevation is symmetrical with three bays and includes a prominent canted bay window at the center, which has a side entrance door. This bay window rises to full height above the wallhead, forming a canted dormer with contrasting margin detailing, and is topped with a facetted piended roof. On either side of the central bay are swept dormers. The return gables have narrow single windows on both the ground and first floors, which are fitted with multi-pane glazing. The house has slightly battered coped end stacks and a single roof that features a catslide at the rear, extending to the ground floor wallhead.
