Description

Circa 1900. Single storey and attic, 3-bay house. All white harled. Symmetrical 3-bay seaward front elevaton with projecting centre canted bay window with side entrance door, rising full height above wallhead as canted dormer with contrasting margin detailing and terminating under facetted piended roof; flanking swept dormers. Narrow single ground

and 1st floor windows in return gables; multi-pane glazing. Slightly battered coped end stacks; single roof with catslide at rear to ground floor wallhead.
