Description

Circa 1900. Single storey and attic house. Harled, with red tile-hanging in gable heads and raised ashlar cills.

S ELEVATION: 2 advanced bays under M-gable at centre with multi-pane row of windows at ground and 2 4-lights in gable heads. Slightly recessed bay to right with horizontal 4-light window repeated in swept dormer.

N ELEVATION: lop-sided gable breaking eaves at centre; irregular fenestration. Canted porch off-centre to right with swept roof. Panelled and glazed door; tripartite at left.

W ELEVATION: off-centre stack breaking through overhanging 1st floor.

Small-pane glazing to casement windows. Red plain tiled roofs. Harled stacks with ashlar band course and coping. Bracketted eaves.

INTERIOR: Much original detail remains.
