Description
The Old Military Track Bridge in Kinlochleven is a reinforced concrete single-arched bridge built between 1904 and 1909. It measures 75 feet long, 40 inches wide, and 18 inches deep. The bridge features keystones in the arch and has a coped concrete parapet. The project was overseen by chief engineer P W Meik from Thomas Meik and Sons, with Alfred H Roberts as the resident engineer, Sir W Murray Morrison as the manager and technical advisor, and Sir John Jackson Ltd as the principal contractor.
