Description
The plaque is located on the boundary wall of a property on Clachnaharry Road in Inverness. It was originally erected in 1822 and later mounted in its current form in 1922. The plaque is made of large white marble and features an inscription of a poem by Robert Southey. It is set within a concrete frame that has an inscription and a chamfered base. The plaque faces the Caledonian Canal.
