Description
This is an earlier or mid-19th century, two-storey house with three wide bays. It is constructed of coursed pinned rubble with contrasting, tooled red sandstone margins and long and short detailing. The recessed central bay contains the entrance and is sheltered by a canopy linked to a later rectangular, three-light projecting porch, supported by a pair of slender, painted columns. A pair of windows are positioned above the porch. The east and west elevations each have four bays; the east elevation features a single canted bay window on the ground floor, with a tripartite window above it. Most windows have 12 panes of glazing. Paired ridge and rear stacks are visible, and the roof is piended with slate covering and deep eaves.
