Description

Dated 1863. Single stoery and attic, 3-bay house over

raised basement with single storey, 3-bay rear elevation

to Duncan Street. Rubble with tooled ashlar dressings. SE

front with centre pedimented bay with datestone and centre

doorway with panelled door. 3 gabled and barge-boarded

dormers with wooden finials. 3-bay rear elevation with centre

door. Lying-pane glazing; corniced end stacks; West Highland

slate roof.
