Circa 1900. 2 storey and attic, 3 bay house with shop.

Coursed dressed rubble with contrasting ashlar dressings.

Shop door with flanking windows at left. Door to house with

bipartite at right. Bipartites in outer 1st floor bays. 2

barge-boarded dormers; corbelled skewputts; slate roof.
