Description

The Old Inn in Kylerhea, Skye, is a two-storey, three-bay house built between 1801 and 1803 by James Gillespie (Graham). The building is harled, featuring a contrasting base course. It has a central door with a later porch that includes a side entrance and a front round-headed window. The first floor has small windows. To the north gable, there is a single-storey, four-bay wing added in 1818, which has a wide basket-arched entrance with long and short jambs. The house has end stacks and a slate roof, along with a modern boat store.
