Description
This is an earlier 19th century terrace consisting of an end shop and two single-storey, three-bay cottages with attics, located in Duke Street, Golspie. The buildings are constructed from red rubble with tooled dressings.
The “Wee Shop” has a door in its south elevation and a canted west gable with a central window. Numbers 1 and 2 each have a central door and ground floor casement windows. They also feature two bargeboarded gabled dormers with sliding slashes. A pair of ridge stacks are positioned at the roof, set in a diamond pattern on rectangular bases. The entire terrace is covered by a continuous slate roof with deep eaves.
