Description

Circa 1800, 2-storey, 3-bay south facing house; single

storey, narrow 2-bay wing set back at west gable; single

storey, long 3-bay byre range extends from east gable; all

white harled. Modern glazed porch with side entrance and

piended slate roof masks centre door of house, with further

secondary entrance with simple timber porch in SW re-entrant

angle. Various small extensions to rear, partially masking

centre stair window. Mainly 4-pane glazing, some 12-pane

survives at rear. End stacks; slate roofs.

Byre range; 3 small windows in south elevation; piended

east gable with piended loft entrance reached by wooden

forestair. Truncated ridge stack; slate roof.
