Description
The Leckroy Bridge, over the Allt Dearg in Glen Roy, is likely of mid-18th century origin. It is a single-span bridge constructed of rubble, with a dressed rubble arch ring and a low parapet. The approximate span is 12 feet. The bridge is situated on an old road, which includes a section of the General Wade route from 1731, connecting Corrieyairack Road with Roy Bridge and Glen Spean.
