Description
The Old Invergarry Bridge is an early 19th-century rubble bridge of single-span construction. It is built with dressed rubble for the arch ring and parapet. The bridge represents an earlier crossing point over the River Garry, now replaced by a 1932 bridge and a re-aligned main road. It continues to provide access to the Glengarry Castle Hotel and neighbouring dwellings.
