Description
Waternish Parish Church, located in Hallin, Skye, was designed by Thomas Telford in 1828. The church has a simple T-plan and features harled walls with tooled margins. The long west elevation includes two central 4-centred windows, with doorways of a similar design on either side. The gables and rear of the church also have similar windows, all with multi-pane glazing. There is an end stack on the north gable, and the building is topped with a slate roof. The interior remains plain and original. A dry stone dyke surrounds the church.
