Description

Alpin House is an earlier 19th-century building located on King Street in Tain. It has two storeys and an attic above cellars, featuring three bays with an off-centre door and a first-floor window above. There is a single-storey, two-bay extension on the south gable. The exterior is harled with painted moulded architraves and a contrasting rendered ground course. The house includes two piended dormers, 2-pane glazing, stone-margined end stacks, and a slate roof.
