102-104 Brunswick Street, Glasgow

102-104 Brunswick Street in Glasgow is a Gothic warehouse built in 1859 by R W Billings. This three-storey building features ten bays, with the two bays on the extreme right being paired and narrower than the others. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar stone.

The building has doorways located at the fifth and eighth bays from the left, and a large vehicle entrance at the ninth and tenth bays. The main entrance is centrally located and has an unusual semi-octagonal door head, with a heavily moulded octagonal oculus above it. The entrance is framed by double leaf panelled doors.

All other openings on the ground and first floors are square-headed with cut-away top angles, while the second-floor windows have semi-octagonal heads. All windows are sash and case with plate glass glazing. There is a stepped band of moulding at the basement level, and continuous hood-moulds above the first-floor windows, linking them in pairs. The second floor also features continuous hood moulds, and the building has a coped parapet that rises to a chevron between tall wall head stacks with paired diagonal cans. The end skews have coped stacks, and the roofs are covered with slate.
