Description

Circa 1800. 4-storey and swept-dormer attic, 5 bays to

Garth Street, 4 bays to Glassford Street. Originally

domestic and commercial use. Painted ashlar. Late 19th

century pilastered and arcaded pub front, cornice forming

1st floor cill course. Simple frieze and cornice over 2nd

floor; eaves cornice shoulder cut down wallhead stack to

Garth Street. 4-bay gable end to Glassford Street, 4

windows in each upper floor, blind in 3rd; plate-glass

glazing to sash and case windows; pedimented gable end

with apex stack.

Slate roof.
