Description
100 High Street, 98, Dunbar is a late 18th century, three-storey and attic, three-bay tenement building with a gable end facing High Street. The ground floor features shops, and the exterior is finished in painted ashlar. There is a raised cill at the first floor and lintel courses at the second floor, both with plain margins. The southern corner at the ground floor has a rounded angle that transitions to a square shape above. At the gable apex, there is a stack and two 6-paned gable-head windows. The roof is slate, and there are slated attic dormers on the south side. The building has plate glass sash windows with interior shutters.
On the west elevation, there are random windows arranged over five bays, with a former doorway now replaced by one of the windows.
