Description
10-12 Baker Street is an early 19th century, three-storey, two-bay terraced tenement built from polished ashlar. It features a base course, projecting cills, a fascia band, and a cornice above the ground floor, as well as an eaves band.
The south elevation facing Baker Street has four bays at the ground level, which includes a modern shop door flanked by three shop windows—two on the left and one on the right—along with a prominent fascia board. The upper floors have regular fenestration.
The building has timber sash and case windows with plate glass glazing, and it is roofed with graded grey slates. There is a stack located in the west gable.
