Description

Kingsbarns Farm comprises a farmhouse and associated farm buildings dating from the 18th and early 19th centuries. The farmhouse was modernised in the early 20th century and is two storeys high, with a four-window front of harl render and a slate roof. It features a porch. The farm buildings retain their original character, constructed of rubble with pantile roofing. A distinctive octagonal horsemill is located to the north. A two-storey building along North Street, originally featuring an inset triangular pediment, has been reroofed in asbestos, and it includes a single-storey wing and a cottage, now converted into a garage. The property is of group value, relating specifically to the farmhouse. The statutory address is Kingsbarns Farm, Main Street and North Street.
