Description

Mid 19th Century. Symmetrical 2-storey T-plan double lodge with Tudor Gothic detail. Snecked and stugged ashlar with polished dressings. West elevation: 4 bays; 2 bodly advanced and gabled inner bays, each with square-headed mullioned and hoodmoulded windows to both floors. Outer bays each have lean-to ashlar porch in re-entrant angle, pointed-headed

hood-moulded door Bipartites to north and to south gables. All latticed glazing. Blocked eaves band, straight skews with finials; symmetrically placed rendered stacks; slate roofs. Low modern glass houses to east. Set Behind rubble wall with simple, corniced, square, rubble-built gatepiers.
