Description

6 and 7 Cuinzie Neuk is a 17th-century, two-storey house that has been altered and is part of an irregular terrace on a slope that falls to the northeast. The exterior is harled with painted margins, and it features segmental-headed windows, with all openings being deep-set.

On the northwest elevation, the ground floor bays are grouped to the right. There are two steps leading up to the door at the outer right, which is raised to the first floor due to the slope of the ground. Immediately to the left of the door is a broad segmental-headed window, followed by a small adjacent window at the center, and another window in the bay to the left. The first floor has windows that abut the eaves in the center and outer left bays, flanking a tall shouldered wallhead stack.

The windows are timber sash and case with 8- and 12-pane glazing patterns. The steeply pitched roof is covered with clay pantiles, and there is a harled stack with cans.
