Description
This building, located at 3 Church Lane in Ladybank, dates from around 1886. It is two stories tall and constructed of freestone, featuring three bays with the outer bays slightly advanced. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, with additional hips over the bays. The windows are paired and have raised margins. On the ground floor to the left, there is a splayed bay topped with a crenellated parapet. The entrance features a painted doorpiece with a triangular pediment and console brackets.
