Description

The War Memorial at The Cross in Auchtermuchty was designed by Reginald Fairlie in 1920. It is constructed from ashlar stone and sits on a graduated base. The memorial features a niche that holds a mourning soldier, along with moulded inscribed panels and regimental badges. It is located on or near the site of the Old Market Cross.
