11 And 13 Fitzroy Square, Dysart

11 and 13 Fitzroy Square in Dysart is a tenement building dating from around 1700, which was reconstructed in 1806 and again in the late 20th century. It is a three-storey, L-shaped structure with a pantiled roof. The exterior is harled with stone margins, except on the southeast side.

The northeast elevation features steps leading up to a door located in a bay to the right of the center at ground level. There is a window to the left and a regular arrangement of windows on each floor above. Additionally, there is a small window on each floor at the outer left and another window between the first and second floors on the outer right. To the left, there is an advanced stair tower with a moulded panel dated 'R 1806', flanked by the initials 'DI' and 'RS' next to a shield at ground level, along with small windows on the first and second floors on the return to the right.

On the northwest elevation, there are two windows on the first floor and an additional window to the right on the second floor within a gabled bay. The southwest elevation has three windows grouped to the right on the first and second floors. The southeast elevation features a gabled design with modern windows on the outer right at each floor.
