Description

Early 19th century. 3-bay, single storey cottage with attic and adjoining out-building. Sandstone rubble; droved surrounds to openings and quoins.

S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: central door with step; flanking windows. Out-building set back to right; door to left.

W ELEVATION: attic window to right.

N ELEVATION: central window. Possible sluice hole in out-building.

E ELEVATION: attic window to left; plain gable to out-building.

Windows missing; plank door. Raised flat-head skews; pitched slate roof to house; gable ends stacks, circular can (missing stack to E). Pitched roof; early red clay pantiles to out-building.

INTERIOR: gutted interior, 2000.
