Description

The Estate Cottage at Kinloch Farm, possibly designed by Charles Kinnear of Peddie & Kinnear around 1860, is a single-storey cottage built from rubble with attics in the gable ends. It features painted ashlar dressings that are chamfered around the doors and windows. The cottage has a slate roof with paired freestone chimneys set diagonally at the center. The main gable ends are adorned with trefoiled fretted bargeboards, and there is a pitched roof over the doorway, with some wood finials still present. The windows are fitted with diamond leaded lights.
