Description
Lathockar is an early 19th century building with a later rear wing. It is two storeys high and constructed of droved coursers with dressings that are two courses deep. The front features three windows and a central timber porch, with a matching window at ground level to the left of the porch. The roof is gabled and slated, with straight skews and end stacks that have block cornices. The gables are made of rubble, each containing one window on both floors. The central rear wing is two storeys tall and includes a door, a window above it, and bipartite windows to the right. There is also a single-storey rubble outbuilding in the other re-entrant angle, which has been heightened to two storeys and is cement rendered. A pump is located at the back door. The building has been reglazed throughout to a 12-pane pattern.
